Our group believes wellness is achieved through a holistic, therapeutic approach. As opposed to working independently, we founded a clinical group practice that draws its strength from our various perspectives, trainings, and experiences. We created a group counseling practice that specializes in providing high quality counseling for clients via telehealth. By maintaining small caseloads, we aspire to provide the type of individualized treatment and personal attention our clients deserve. Wellness Associates, LLC was formed through our shared values and mission to serve our community.

Our Associates

Christina Jurekovic, Ph.D., LPC

Founder | Licensed Professional Counselor

Christina Jurekovic is the founder of Wellness Associates, LLC, a group practice that provides clinical mental health services via telehealth. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Licensed Professional School Counselor for K-12. She received a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Adams State University, M.A. in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, and B.A. in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University. Christina worked as a high school counselor, and she teaches and supervises new counselors. Her research interests include wellness, resiliency, suicide prevention, leadership, and post-traumatic growth. She specializes in helping clients who are experiencing grief, career difficulties, and relationship/family concerns.

Ashley Belcourt, LPCC

Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC)

Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Colorado, working under the supervision of Dr. Christina Jurekovic. She specializes in perinatal mental health, with a particular focus on pregnancy loss, recurrent loss, postpartum depression and anxiety, and the transition into motherhood.

Ashley approaches counseling with the belief that not all pain is meant to be solved, but rather supported with care and dignity. She is especially passionate about walking alongside women navigating grief, identity shifts, and the emotional complexities of the perinatal period, offering a space where their experiences are seen, named, and honored.

Her work is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), integrating practical skills with deep emotional attunement. Ashley is Maternal Mental Health Certified and has completed all necessary trainings through Postpartum Support International and plans to sit for the PMH-C certification exam in 2027.

Ashley provides a steady, compassionate presence, helping clients build emotional resilience, process loss, and move forward with strength and meaning.
